Cindy Rüddeck established HR & Labour Consulting in 2015.

Cindy holds a Masters in Leadership Development and Coaching, an Honours Degree in Information Science, a degree in Psychology, a degree in Publishing as well as Diplomas in Project Management, Human Resource Management and Organisational Development. She has more than 15 year’s experience in people practices dispersed across various industries including mining, manufacturing, non-profit, IT, security, agriculture and defence.

HR & Labour Consulting will always try to respond to our clients immediately, but should that not be possible we will definitely be in touch the moment we are able to. On-site support and face to face connection is important to us but we have also embraced the post-Covid Zoom culture, saving clients time and money.
