Sole director, shareholder and owner of HR & Labour Consulting for the past 11 years. With over 15 years' experience as a senior business consultant in the human resources space, Cindy understands the full HR life-cycle — from recruitment through to exit — including strategy, compliance, reporting and the legalities in between.

Naturally caring and altruistic, strategically minded and conscientious — she partners with leadership teams to translate labour law into practical, day-to-day action.
